CDC reports new information on cancer incidence rates

Are things taking a turn for a better with cancer? According to the CDC, decreases in lung cancer incidences in the last three years - the question now is what contributed to the decrease - is it the rise of other cancers over lung? Is it the control of tobacco use? Is it anti-tobacco propaganda?
